These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Qorex AI website, APIs, dashboards, data feeds and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you confirm that you:

• are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country), and
• have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

2. Accounts, security & API keys

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your Qorex AI account and any API keys generated from it.

• Keep your password and API keys secret and secure.
• Do not share your API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or keys.

We may suspend or revoke API keys that are compromised, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• Use the data to break any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to overload, attack, reverse-engineer or bypass security measures.
• Resell Qorex data as a competing data service without our written permission.
• Use the Services to build products that violate anti-money laundering, market manipulation, or sanctions rules.

We may block requests or terminate access if your traffic harms the stability, performance or security of our infrastructure.

4. Plans, billing & usage limits

Qorex AI offers Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans. Each plan includes:

• A monthly or daily request quota.
• Rate limits per second or per minute.
• Specific data entitlements (for example, historical depth, symbols, features).

By upgrading or downgrading your plan, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge the subscription fees applicable to that plan. Unless otherwise stated:

• All fees are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices may change; we will notify you in advance where required.

5. Data quality & risk disclaimer

Qorex AI aims to provide highly reliable, low-latency market data. However, market data is inherently noisy and may contain:

• Delays, gaps or temporary unavailability;
• Errors or inaccuracies (for example, bad ticks or out-of-range values);
• Differences from prices quoted on specific exchanges or brokers.

We do not provide investment, trading or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or business decisions you make using Qorex data.

6. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times;
• The data will be complete, accurate or suitable for your specific use case;
• The Services will meet your performance or profitability expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qorex AI, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or trading capital;
• Any claim exceeding the fees you paid to Qorex AI in the last 3 months.

This limitation applies to all legal theories, including contract, tort (negligence), strict liability and others.

8. Intellectual property

Qorex AI owns all rights, title and interest in the platform, branding, infrastructure, documentation and compiled data feeds, excluding any third-party content we may legally use.

You retain ownership of the code and systems you build on top of our APIs, but you may not claim that Qorex AI is your product or re-brand our Services as your own data provider without permission.

9. Privacy & data protection

We process account details and usage metrics as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Qorex AI, you consent to that processing.

You are responsible for complying with any privacy or data protection laws that apply to your own users and customers.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees;
• Your usage damages, or risks damaging, our infrastructure or reputation;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation or a court order.

You may stop using the Services at any time and, where applicable, cancel your subscription via the dashboard.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or need to comply with new regulations.

When changes are material, we will notify you via email or the dashboard. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the new Terms means you accept them.

12. Governing law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Qorex AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless we mutually agree on arbitration or another method.
