How Qorex AI handles your data
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use Qorex AI APIs, dashboards and related services.
We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
We collect only the information needed to run and improve Qorex AI.
1. Who we are
Qorex AI as controller of your data.
Identity

Qorex AI operates market data APIs and trading dashboards ("Services"). When we refer to "we", "us" or "Qorex AI", we mean the operator of these Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of:

  • The Qorex AI website and dashboards.
  • API endpoints and WebSocket streams.
  • Support channels such as email and Telegram.

2. Data we collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve the Services:

  • Account data: name, email address, hashed password, plan type, billing status.
  • Usage data: API requests (endpoints, symbols, timestamps, response codes), request volume and latency.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and basic log files.
  • Billing data: partial payment information and transaction IDs handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Support data: messages you send to support, including request IDs, error logs and screenshots you share.

3. How and why we use your data

We use the data described above for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: creating your account, authenticating API requests, enforcing plan limits and providing dashboards.
  • Security: detecting abuse, brute-force attempts, unusual traffic and protecting our infrastructure.
  • Analytics: understanding how features are used so we can improve performance and developer experience.
  • Billing: calculating usage, issuing invoices, and handling subscription changes.
  • Support: answering your questions and reproducing issues you report.

We rely on different legal bases depending on your region, including contract performance (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (for security and improvement), and legal obligations (for accounting and compliance).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Qorex AI uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in to the dashboard.
  • Remember basic preferences such as theme or language.
  • Measure aggregated usage (for example, how many users visit a page).

You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you disable essential cookies, some parts of the dashboard may not work correctly.

5. Logs and API request data

When you call the Qorex API or connect to a WebSocket, we automatically collect:

  • Timestamp of the request.
  • Endpoint, method and parameters used (for example, symbol or timeframe).
  • HTTP status code and error messages.
  • IP address and user agent where necessary for security and abuse prevention.

We use this information to monitor uptime, troubleshoot errors, calculate usage and protect the platform from attacks.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Account data: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure (for example, to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations).
  • API logs: typically kept for a limited period (for example 30–180 days) depending on security and analytics needs.
  • Billing records: stored for the time required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Support tickets: kept as long as needed to understand past issues and improve support quality.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked back to you.

7. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers (for example, hosting and payment processors) that help us run Qorex AI.
  • Analytics and monitoring tools that process anonymised or pseudonymised usage data.
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or legal process.

These third parties are required to protect your data and may not use it for their own unrelated purposes.

8. International data transfers

Because Qorex AI infrastructure may be distributed across different regions, your data can be processed on servers located outside your country.

Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data, including:

  • Right to access a copy of your personal information.
  • Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to request deletion of certain data (subject to legal obligations).
  • Right to object to or restrict certain types of processing.
  • Right to data portability, where applicable.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section and clearly describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for dashboards and APIs.
  • Access controls and API key permissions.
  • Network monitoring and rate limiting to detect unusual activity.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we continuously work to keep Qorex AI secure and resilient.

11. Children’s data

Qorex AI is designed for developers and businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by local law. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features, change how we process data, or need to comply with new regulations.

When changes are significant, we will notify you via the dashboard or by email. The "Last update" date at the top shows when this Policy was last revised.
